It is so wonderful to have you here. ​I am excited to be expanding my practice hours for the first time since I had my second child in 2024. 
My deepest desire as a therapist is to be a safe and supportive landing spot for my clients. I view my role as coming alongside them to provide insight and care. We are all united together in our learning how to navigate our mental health in an increasingly complex and isolated world. I am constantly humbled to get to do this work and honored to be considered to join in a part of your journey.
